SecretShare is built for situations where regular email or chat is not enough. With end-to-end encryption, all encryption takes place directly in your browser before anything is passed on. DirSys servers store only encrypted data -- never keys, never plaintext.
The service uses AES-256-GCM, the same encryption standard used by government agencies and financial institutions. The encryption key is contained only in the link and is never sent to the server, creating a so-called zero-knowledge architecture. Even in the event of an intrusion, the content is mathematically inaccessible.
Each message can only be viewed once and is subsequently destroyed automatically. You can also add passphrase, attachment and your own expiration date for extra control.
