• Sales of services and products and contract writing process
• Performance of contract-related tasks such as invoice handling, payments and support in accordance with our agreement with you as a customer.
• For direct marketing where the assessment is that the data subject has a professional role relevant to the services and offers DirSys provides.
• In recruitment processes to be able to determine which candidates are best suited to work at DirSys.

DirSys collects personal data in various forms of meetings such as trade fairs, seminars, etc.

DirSys will only process the personal data for as long as is necessary for the above-mentioned purpose. We are required by law to retain certain personal data. This personal data will be deleted as soon as DirSys handles personal data in a legally correct manner.

What is the legal basis for DirSy's personal data processing?

DirSys stores this personal data with a legitimate interest as we consider that there is a mutual interest/need for us to offer our products and services to you, and that any violation of the processing entails for this purpose does not outweigh our interest.

In other cases, DirSys processes your personal data on a legal basis contractual relationship, specifically for the fulfillment of contracts that we have with you as a customer, partner or supplier.
